Elias Properties is a privately owned real estate investment company and has been in the commercial real estate industry since the 1940’s, primarily investing in and developing retail properties throughout Long Island and Brooklyn. In 1996, the company began to acquire retail properties throughout the US and now has properties in 13 states totaling approximately 1.8 million square feet. The company's portfolio consists of neighborhood shopping centers, free standing buildings, and big box retailers.
